How to use
Dry Scalp or Dandruff
Add a few drops of Rosemary Oil to your regular shampoo to help dandruff.
Hair and Scalp Support
Mix a few drops of Rosemary Oil with a carrier oil like Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it out. This can improve scalp health and rejuvenate hair.
Massage Oil
Add 3–5 drops Rosemary Oil to an egg cup of Almond Oil.
Alertness and Boost Productivity
Inhale through a diffuser or oil burner or add a few drops to a cotton ball and clip to your car air vents, or sit on a window sill nearby.
Soothe
Mix 1:10 parts with carrier oil of your choice and massage into forehead and temples.
Stress Relief
Add 5 to 10 drops to your shower. Sprinkle on the shower walls away from the water spray and breathe in the healing vapours.
Mosquito and Insect Repellent
Mix 1 part Rosemary Oil with 10 parts carrier oil of your choice. Apply to exposed skin surfaces as required.

Breakouts
Add a few drops to your face wash.

Room Refresher
Mix together 20 drops each of Rosemary Oil, Citronella Oil, Lavender Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, and Tea Tree Oil. Add 200 ml of water and 100 ml Methylated Spirits. Pour mixture into a spray bottle and shake well before use.
Do not spray near oil or watercolour art, polished or stained wood.
Helps manage cigarette smoke, animal smells and stale house odours.
