Delivery

Stock Take Delivery Cut-Off: Orders placed between 16th May 2024 and 27th May 2024 will be dispatched on 28th May 2024. Please take this into consideration when placing orders during this period, as there may be a delay in the dispatch and delivery of your items.

Delivery Fee: We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders at $50 NZD and above. For orders under this amount, handling & shipping is just $7.99 for North Island, and $9.99 for South/Outer Island.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are processed and dispatched twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday), cut-off time is 5pm Monday, 5pm Wednesday.

Please allow couriers 3-5 days for delivery. For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery. Please note that delays in courier times are out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday.

PO Box Delivery: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time. A signature is required on delivery for all New Zealand orders.

Delivery Acceptance: All orders will be dispatched on a signature-on-delivery courier. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Providing a work address for delivery is recommended if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest pick up point.

Order Tracking & Enquiries: An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and a purchase summary. How to use

  1. Prepare Your Liquid: Before using the mist spray, ensure that your desired liquid is prepared and ready for use. This could be anything from water, facial toner, hair mist, room spray, or any other liquid suitable for spraying. If necessary, dilute the liquid to achieve the desired concentration.

  2. Attach the Sprayer: Securely attach the mist spray pump to the neck of the bottle. Ensure that it is screwed on tightly to prevent any leakage during use.

  3. Prime the Pump (Optional): If it's the first time using the mist spray or if it hasn't been used for a while, you may need to prime the pump. To do this, simply press the pump several times until the liquid begins to spray out. This primes the pump and ensures a consistent mist when spraying.

  4. Spray: With the sprayer attached and primed, hold the mist spray bottle in an upright position and aim the nozzle away from your face and body. Press down on the pump or trigger to release the mist. For continuous spraying, keep the pump or trigger pressed down and move the bottle in a sweeping motion to cover the desired area evenly.

  5. Cap for Storage: After each use, securely tighten the cap back onto the mist spray bottle. This helps prevent evaporation and keeps the nozzle clean and protected. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  6. Clean and Maintain: Regularly clean the mist spray bottle and pump mechanism with warm, soapy water to remove any residue and ensure hygienic usage. Check the pump for any clogs or blockages and unclog if necessary. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the bottle or pump.
