How to use - Multicare Wrap

Castor Oil Pack
Lay the wrap flat. Apply (3-4 tbsp) Castor Oil to the middle of the wrap, avoiding the edges. Wrap it on the area to be treated and adjust the velcro straps to a suitable length. Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour for better absorption. Unwrap and wipe away excess oil. Can be used daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Insert a hot/cold pack into the zipper pouch to accelerate oil absorption.
